That laundry room floor was NOT it anymore
stained, beat up, just done. So we tore the whole thing out, got the subfloor nice and ready, and put in this checkerboard sheet vinyl. Handles water, handles daily wear, and honestly just makes the whole room feel new again.

Not every fireplace needs to touch the ceiling. This one stops halfway, lets a solid wood mantel float above it, and the real star is the tile — Althea fluted in Moon, soft rounded lines with that Spanish limestone depth to it. Simple build, huge presence.

There's something so special about watching a space transform right in front of you 🥹 This room used to feel tired, a little lost.
