Built for busy spaces. Made to last. 👣

Source Floor & Specialties recently produced a pair of custom elevator mats for a residential development managed by AWM Alliance.

Made from our heavy-duty Kermode matting, these mats feature an aggressive scraper surface designed to capture dirt and debris before it gets tracked throughout the building. Each mat was custom-sized to fit the elevator and finished with heavy vinyl edging for a clean, durable perimeter that can handle frequent foot traffic.

A simple, tailored solution that helps protect elevator flooring, simplify maintenance, and keep common areas looking clean and professional.

Custom fit. Heavy duty. Built for everyday traffic.

Precision in every detail.

We’re proud to have produced this custom entrance mat program for Concord Pacific’s One Pacific development in Vancouver.

Designed to complement the building’s sophisticated interior while providing a practical, durable solution for high-traffic entrances, these mats bring together custom branding, premium materials, and precise craftsmanship.

A finished space starts at the entrance.

Here’s something a little different from the Source Floor shop — a fully custom inlaid mat created for the set of a Netflix series.

From the custom oval shape to the intricate deer artwork, every detail was built into the mat to help bring the set design to life.

Projects like this are a great reminder that custom matting doesn’t have to stop at a company logo — if you can design it, there’s a good chance we can turn it into a mat.

Built for the moments before the puck drops. 🏒

Here’s a sneak peek at one of our latest projects for a local university hockey program.

From large-format dressing room mats to individual stall mats, every detail was designed with the demands of the hockey environment in mind — durable, functional, and ready for everything that happens between the locker room and the ice.

Just a glimpse for now… more to come. 👀
