I have had the opportunity with my Pampered Chef team leaders to attend the Grow training to help me set goals, develop my social media and grow my followers and business. This 3 day trianing is hosted by Kristen Boss and I just completed day one yesterday. I look forward to the next 2 training sessions with her.

My family Christmas dinner was hosted by my mom and she used the insulated serving bowls for the first time and it was a win!!!!

Did you know the lids have a hook on them so you can keep the lid with the bowl while serving?!? Brilliant idea!

Meal Prep ideas! Do you have any that you can share with us? I am not very good at the advance meal prep and I usually end up eating a half hour later then I told people we would.

This recipe makes me feel very nostalgic....growing up my family always gathered at my uncle's house and had a cold meal supper on Christmas day. One of my favourite foods he served was his ambrosia salad. It tasted sooo yummy! This recipe takes it up a notch with a crust.

The Pampered Chef 8" square pan with a lid is great for this recipe. You can make it in advance and take it with you to your family dinner without the worry of it spilling!

The classic Batter bowl and the small batter bowl are 2 of the best tools to have in your kitchen! I use mine to heat my Campbell'ss Vegetable Soup in when I am not baking with it...
