Learning to love my body so much that I ACTUALLY listen to it was a tipping point for me.

I did the self-love work. I got comfortable in my body.
And now I know wholeheartedly, My BODY is wiser than my brain.
My brain tends to overthink and lead me down destructive paths.
Our brain lies to us because it wants us to SURVIVE no matter what!
It doesn't need us to be happy while doing it........it just needs a heartbeat.

Well, I want more than survival!
