Description: This sketch pays homage to two of Montreal’s most iconic landmarks—the majestic Notre-Dame Basilica, a masterpiece of Gothic Revival architecture, and the Monument to Paul de Chomedey, Sieur de Maisonneuve, the city’s founder.Every line and shadow reflects my admiration for their historical and cultural significance. Capturing intricate details was a challenge, but the goal was to achieve a realistic and evocative representation.
