This living room always had a warm and inviting feel - but the homeowners wanted to improve the functionality, convenience, and overall look of their existing corner fireplace setup.

The original wood fireplace was replaced with the beautiful Enviro G42 Gas Fireplace while keeping the same corner layout that worked so well for the space. The result is a cleaner, updated design that still keeps the cozy atmosphere the room always had.

Finished with stunning Manzanita Cliffstone by Eldorado Stone, a limestone hearth, and a new mantel, this project gave the space a fresh new look.

One of the biggest reasons homeowners choose to switch from wood to gas fireplaces is everyday functionality:

Featuring the beautiful Heat & Glo SL5X Gas Fireplace with a stunning Dracme Cube surround and matching hearth, this fireplace is already completely changing the feel of the space.

The fireplace is up and running, the finishing details are coming together, and even with a few items from other trades still underway, we couldn’t wait to share a sneak peek of this project. 👀

The clean lines, warm flame, and bold texture of the surround already make this feature wall a standout centerpiece - and we know the completed space is going to look incredible once everything wraps up.

This fireplace refacing completely transformed the space while keeping the heart of the home the same.

We removed the existing stone and combustible wood mantel, replacing it with a clean non-combustible mantel design and stunning floor-to-ceiling Loreio Brick Veneer. The updated finish not only modernized the entire room, but also improved the functionality of the space by allowing for a lower TV placement and a more comfortable viewing experience.

Best part? The homeowners still get to enjoy the efficient wood heat and performance of their existing RSF Opel wood fireplace.

A perfect example of how a well-designed refacing project can completely change the feel of a room without replacing the fireplace itself.
