It was my niece’s birthday in June and her theme was Gudetama …. I had no idea what that was. When I googled it and found this mopey egg with a butt, I was inspired 🤣 I I knew I had to make it! I couldn’t find a good pattern so I just winged it. You never know where you will find inspiration and for me it was a butt 😆

It was Ruby’s 7th birthday this past Sunday. Her theme was all things teddy bears so we decided to have a teddy bear picnic 🐻 I decided the perfect gift would be a crochet Paddington Bear and a bear purse 😍 I know I’ve said it a few times but nothing makes my heart happier then making handmade gifts for the ones I love 🌾🧶🌸

Ruby celebrated her 7th birthday with her friends this past weekend 🥳 She told all her friends that her mom would crochet them a gift for her party 🤦🏼‍♀️😆 so we decided to make them a party favour together. Her theme was teddy bears so she painted the flower pots to look like a bear and I crocheted the tulips to go inside, team work! She was so excited to hand them out at her party 💕

In case you forgot, you are golden! There is one thing I keep coming back to and that’s crocheting the Golden Girls, I can’t get enough. I love the series and I usually watch it front start to finish every year. What I love even more is creating my own version of them through yarn. One of my favourites is Rose. Her positivity, charming naivety and her kindness are among the many things I love. Rose will be available in my shops this week in my Facebook and Etsy shop. I just want to end by saying thank you all for being my friend ❤️

I’ve been on a magnet kick recently and I don’t regret it 😆 I can’t get over how cute and adorable they turned out. Once I figured out how to use the magnets, each one has 2 to make them extra strong, I went wild. I love how you can add a touch of handmade and crochet to any part of your home. These are cute on a fridge, at a cottage, at work/lunch room or even on a filing cabinet. I only have 2 sets left and they are only in my Facebook shop 🌾🧶🌸

I love decorating for the season, especially after a long winter 🤦🏼‍♀️ when I came across this pattern I knew I had to make it. These tea towel holders are perfect for decorating for the spring and summer. The simplicity of it with the right amount of colour, perfect for any kitchen. Okay let’s try this again ….. it’s finally starting to feel like spring 😆 I hope I don’t jinx it with more ❄️ but I’m fairly confident that we are over that now and can finally enjoy spring. That means plants, flowers and garden season 🤗 so exciting!! I love mixing in some crochet plants with my real ones and I can’t get enough of the crochet pothos plant I made, eeekkkk I just love it!!
