✨PROJECT REVEAL✨

This magical property will forever have a spot in our hearts. When we first met, it was crowded with wood. Corbels, posts & beams, everywhere. Removing it all was not the right choice, so we thoughtfully considered what was worth keeping. We even kept some of the removed wood and milled it into floating shelves for use in other parts of the home.

To say we are happy with the outcome is an understatement. These repeat clients made the process so easy for us while the renovation was underway and incredibly hard to leave / say goodbye once it was all over!

Without a doubt, everyone's favourite part of our Studio renovation is the addition of this boardroom!

It enhanced our client experience as we previously didn't have a meeting space that was private. The vibes in here are top notch. I think we have 25 lights between wall sconces, table lamps, undercabinet lighting and 2 different types of pot lighting - all switched independently and on dimmers of course!

We love customizing the way a room can feel with layered lighting. This space is the perfect way to show our clients how lighting can affect a room and when they see a lighting plan from us that maybe looks a little crazy, they know to trust us!

Before our studio renovation, our bathroom was dying for a refresh. A combo of white walls, white cabinets and light floor tile is not our cup of tea... we wanted some drama!

We kept the flooring and re-purposed the pendant lights. We introduced textured wallpaper, Laminam porcelain to clad the sink area, gold accents, Tafisa Canada wood looking millwork and a deep paint color so that the entire room is wrapped in something bold or beautiful to feast your eyes on!

One of the best parts of our renovation was knocking down a wall where our space previously ended, allowing us to expand our footprint into unoccupied warehouse space - part of which we kept for receiving/storage (talk about life changing!) and part of which we converted into this beautiful kitchenette & more storage!

Now we have a spot for coats, bags, cleaning supplies etc and ample space for coffee and lunch!

Welcome to our Design Studio!

Last year, we renovated with Ripplinger Homes to add space, storage and a boardroom! We also opened up this main working area. Before the reno, upon entering you were immediately met with a full height wall which was great to hide a printer and other office supplies behind, but it chopped up the area and made it feel smaller than it really is.

We said goodbye to that wall and now Heather has an appropriate spot to greet clients and accept deliveries - front and center with a custom desk, clad in Tafisa Canada and bronze textured metal!
