I’ll be the first to admit, I love convenience too. 🤎

But during all the Prime Day noise, I just wanted to remind you that there are small businesses right here in our community working hard every day to serve you, support you, employ people, sponsor local things, donate to causes, and give back to the places we call home.

When you shop small, it really does make a difference. And for so many of these businesses, your support means more than you probably realize.

Shop however works best for you, but when you can, remember the small businesses in your community too. 🤎

10 years can change a lot.

The dreams get bigger, the lessons get deeper, and somehow you become a version of yourself you never could have imagined.

If 2016 me could see where we are now… I think she’d be pretty proud. 🤍

Time, hard work, growth, and a whole lot of figuring s**t out can change a person.

Somewhere along the way, I found my way back to myself. I learned to trust myself, believe in my ideas, and take a chance on a dream that was completely my own.

And that dream became Homeland.

Here’s to becoming her, one year at a time.

I love the way beautiful, functional pieces can add so much character to a space, warm copper, natural textures, sculptural shapes, and a few simple details that make the everyday feel a little more special.

These handcrafted copper mills from Thessaloniki, Greece are a perfect example. Made using traditional techniques, they’re designed to be used, enjoyed, and develop a beautiful patina over time.
