need contractor to clean two offices, some job duties include office floor, washrooms, dinning rooms, and dispose garbage. Cleaning jobs work during our open hours (Monday to Friday 830am to 5pm), location is in 13611 Maycrest Way Richmond.

Cleaning jobs are performed daily and 5 days a week. Each day take appro. 2 to 3 hours.

We are looking for Full-Time Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skill in our Richmond office.

Responsibilities
- Answering any customers’ inquiry on the phone
- Importing the order per the customer request
- Ensuring the works performed meets the customer’s expectation and follow up with the customer
- Arranging logistic for inventory pick-up
- Assist Return merchandise authorization (RMA) and prepare related documents
- Other miscellaneous office duties may required when need

Qualification
- Must have strong communication skill with excellent English speaking, writing, listening and reading
- Must demonstrate the ability to work either individually or in a team
- Must be detail-oriented and patient to help customer
- At least one-year related work experience

Compensation
TBD, company insurance is available after three months of probation period

We are holding warehouse sales starting on Apr 29, 2020.

Please note, all sales are final sales (We can help you to test the products before you make the purchase).

In order to protect both our customers and employees and obey the government policy during the outbreak of COVID-19, we require all customers wear face cover and maintain at least 2-meters in order to walk in our warehouse sales (warehouse sales walk-in video is post in here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQWqiGnf6Ps)

In order to be better serve customers who do not have face cover, we also allow customers order online and pick up at our front door.

Our office hour is Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
