Meals we’ve ate recently ✨

Hoping to inspire some meal ideas for the upcoming week because sometimes thinking of what to make is the hardest part!

Which one are you trying?

-Burger bowls with potatoes, sautéed mushrooms lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, Mac sauce

-Tuna Puttanesca with arugula salad

-Spiced garlic beef with bell pepper cucumber parsley salad, lemon cumin yogurt, roasted sweet potato, capers

-Tuna poke bowls with rice, mango, avocado, jalapeño, lettuce, radish, cucumber, crispy onion, spicy mayo

-Sun dried tomato chicken sausage with farro, arugula, roasted peppers and onions, Parmesan, basil

-Slow cooked beef & black beans, pico de gallo, roasted sweet potato, avocado, cottage cheese

Meals we’ve ate lately!

Maybe you’ll add one or three to your meal plan for the week, to make thinking of what to cook a little easier!

- Spicy ground elk with cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado, green yogurt and chips

-Sesame Miso chicken ramen with crispy mushrooms (so good omg)

-Chicken Parmesan with homemade Caesar salad, sourdough croutons (Valentines dinner with Leah)

-Mediterranean spiced ground beef with chickpea cucumber salad, crispy pita, hummus, radish

-White Bean chili with cheese quesadillas

-Chicken Adobo with rice and broccoli

Cozy meals we’ve had lately 😋

Hoping to inspire you for your meal planning ideas because thinking of what to cook can be the hardest part!

-Chili oil sautéed prawns with snow peas, bell pepper & rice

-Saag paneer with scallion paratha

-Chicken Banh mi bowls over rice

-Tuna puttanesca (my fav pasta!!)

-Homemade squash gnocchi with brown butter sage sauce, roasted delicata, grilled chicken

-Slow baked meatballs with marinara, spaghetti and arugula salad (not pictured)

-Herby salmon cakes with sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli & garlic aioli
