Reno management has been high on the spring and summer list this year. 📝

With interest rates the way they are, more people are opting to change things up a bit in their current homes instead of moving to get that refreshed feel. 🏡

This client works out of town one week on and one week off and loved having someone on site to let the trades in to get accurate quotes and check in with him after the trades left to snap some pictures and let them know what kind of job was done. It gave him peace of mind being away and allowed him to renovate his first home into his dream home in a timely manner.

The homeowner said she knew to depersonalize and declutter from previous sales but she’s learned so much from having her home professional staged and what an impact it has on the listing photos. She believes that’s what made their home stand out and sell so quickly.
