এমন এক একটা দিন আসে,ডিম ভাজি ছাড়া কিছুই ভালো লাগেনা...
সাথে কিছু একটা ভাজি দরকার,
আলু বেগুন ভাজিতে অল্প করে পালং শাক ছেড়ে দিলাম...
ব্যাস গরম ভাতে ভাজির সাথে ঘি....

ছোট মাছের সাথে আলু কুচি আর টমেটো মাখা চচ্চরি...
নামানোর আগে ধনে পাতা আর কাচামরিচ ছিটে... তরকারির সুবাস টাই বদলে দিবে....

বাবার সাথে বাজারে গিয়ে মাছ বাজার দেখা কম বেশি সব ছেলের অভিজ্ঞতায় থাকে...
মাছের কান টা দেখে,লালচে কিনা,ফ্যাকাশে কিনা... কত কি দেখে নিতে হয়....
এই রোগ খুব গোপনে বাবারা ঢুকিয়ে সন্তানের মগজে...
মাছ উল্টে পালটে না দেখলে যেনো এটা মাছ নয়,রান্না করার পর অন্য কিছু হয়ে যাবে.....
আর দুপুরবেলা,মায়ের হাতের লাল ঝোলে,মাখা মাখা,ঝালের যে মাছটা খেতে বসলে পাতে পেতাম.....
কোথায় আর এখন এত কিছু???

রুই মাছর ঝোল...সাথে ধনে পাতা কুচি ছিটে..
