Been a while since I’ve laid some block, but when I seen the plans for this wild backyard build I couldn’t pass it up. We’re turning blocks out for plants to give it that clean custom look. 🌿🧱

This one is going to be something special when it’s all finished. Hard to complain about putting in work with a view and weather like this today. The Shuswap never disappoints. ☀️🏔️

Every rock in these walls was cut and split right off this ranch in Armstrong, BC. From raw stone on the property to a finished coffee shop that feels like it’s been here forever.

A lot of hours packed into these little walls. Sorting colours, shaping pieces, making everything flow natural to the eye. No two stones the same and no shortcuts to make it look right.

The mix of the dark steel, clean roof lines, and rugged ranch stone came together unreal. One of those projects that’s truly one of a kind and couldn’t be built anywhere else the same way.

Dirty work, long days, but worth every minute when the stone matches the land it came from. ☕️🪨

A little throwback to this one from 7 years ago. An old farmhouse lifted up so a full basement could be added underneath it. Fun little project with lots of character and challenges along the way.

We wrapped the foundation in Pangaea West Coast stone to give it that solid timeless look, and those copper gutters were the perfect finishing touch. They tied the whole house together and gave it that extra bit of class.

Crazy looking back at projects like this and seeing how far things have come since then. Still proud of this little house.

Just wrapped up this one in St. Ives, BC. Every single piece of stone on this build came right off the property. We cut it all into thin veneer and brought it back to life on this home.

The colours blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape, making it feel like the house was built straight out of the mountain itself. Definitely a one of a kind project and a whole lot of hard work behind these walls.

Grateful to have been part of it and even more grateful for great clients who trusted the process. Glad to see this one finished up. 👊🏔️🪨

Before anyone points it out — the siding guys are popping off the lower window trim and installing the flashing once they’re back from holidays.

Back breaking, muddy, hard work… but this is the kind of project that makes it all worth it. Cutting stone right off this property into thin veneer for a truly one of a kind build. Every rock has its own colour and character, and the way it blends naturally into the landscape around it is something you just can’t replicate.

No manufactured look. No shortcuts. Just raw material from the land, shaped by hand into something that will last generations. These are the projects that remind us why we love what we do. 💪🏼🪨🏔️

Spent a few days last week cutting stone right off this property and turning it into thin veneer. Now the first two sections are up and you can already see this place coming to life.

The colours tie perfectly into the landscape around it — like this home was built straight out of the mountain itself. Every stone hand picked, cut, and fit to make something truly one of a kind.

This is the kind of work that takes time, patience, and vision… but seeing it come together makes it all worth it. 🔥
