My stand is re-open for the season!

911 Beaver Point RD

Hand Made Beeswax candles currently out this morning and I will be adding more of them throughout the Mother's Day weekend.

Intention candles make a unique and bright gift if you are looking for anything last minute or to add something extra for your Mama!

Herbs have long been associated as having magickal properties and the ones I have chosen have traditional correspondances to the intention.

The paper packaging can be taken off for a specific intention to be written on and then lit with the candle flame. Passing intentions through fire is a symbolic way of sending your wishes into the Universe.

Please practice fire safety and use fire safe containers for your petition paper while it burns.

Wishing you a blessed season of Mabon today and the weather could not be more gorgeous here on Salt Spring! Pouring some Fall candles and planting Fall Chrysanthemums in my garden. This past lunar Eclipse was definitely Eclipsing. I hoped to have these candles ready already but such is life. I love this time of year so much.

I just wanted to thank you beautiful local islanders for supporting my stand. I see your names in the E Transfer and recognize you as community members and my heart is happy. Even though I was stolen from last weekend that is not going to deter me from sharing art. I am working on more candles and Seashell decoupage at the moment to have out tomorrow for sale and will post photos. Wishing you all a safe and solid Long Weekend! Wow the Mullein Torches I had SOLD OUT! I have more up now although most of the Stalks were rather large, so the prices vary but the bigger ones will burn for many hours. $15 - $40 price range. I also have these gorgeous black Raven Beeswax candles for $23. I accept cash and E Transfer. All candles are labelled with what type of wax (either Bee or a mix of Bee and Soy)

Samhain Mullein Torches (Witches Candles) made from Bee Soy wax blend, Rose and Calendula petals, Lavender, Mugwort, Dragon's Blood resin and Biodegradable glitter. The middle set had GraveYard Dirt, Black Salt, Mugwort and Cinnamon *Burn Outside Only!* Hag Torches have been used for thousands of years. In Rome they were used during funeral processions. On Samhain (Halloween) we burn these to purify the space/circle and welcome in the spirits from the world which the veil is lifted this time of year. Please respect fire and understand these are not like regular candles and really should only be used outside away from anything flammable. I usually stick the Stalks in wet dirt but you can also cut the stalk and stuff in a candle holder. I Harvest these on my property and make sure to spread more seeds so more can grow next year.
