Silver heat embossing + soft watercoloring is one of my absolute favorite combinations for adding instant elegance to a card! 🌸✨
For this wedding card, I heat embossed the floral outline in silver first, then used an Aqua Painter to blend soft peach and sunny yellow inks into the petals. The raised embossed lines act like a little barrier, keeping those watercolor washes exactly where you want them!
Finished it off with a textured 3D embossed background panel and coordinating ribbon.
🎨 Question for my fellow papercrafters: Do you prefer heat embossing with gold, silver, or crisp white for your floral stamps? Let me know in the comments! 👇
