Sewing machine not sewing so well? Check out a local repair café. Repair Cafés are one-day pop-up events where volunteers fix household items for free. Volunteers repair sewing machines, small appliances, computers, bikes, clothes and more.

This October, Repair Cafés are popping up in Melfort, Swift Current, Maple Creek and Saskatoon. The types of repairs available vary at each event. Look up the event in your community to see what they’re repairing, here: https://bit.ly/4iJ3VjG

The upcoming Repair Cafés are organized by The Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council, Swift Current Repair Café, Maple Creek Repair Café and Saskatoon Makerspace.
