I've been slowly building up and working on my sharpening area, so I don't have to use my kitchen sink. This has been a big help, especially when doing a larger amount of knives (or when trying to wash dishes or cook). I've definitely spent less time working on the retail/sales part of the business, but sharpening is always available!
