Even though your windows and patio doors might be closed for the season, we are open year round. Now is a great time to get any rescreens done or custom frames built. Be prepared for spring and being able to open them right away.

Working on a couple large custom frame orders this weekend for cottages and it got me thinking.
Regardless of where you live, if you have a cottage anywhere on this side of Lake Huron I can do orders for you like I am doing this weekend.
Need something at the cottage built, send measurements, order ahead and pick them up on the way to the cottage.
Need something at the cottage repaired, drop it off on the way home and pick up the next time you are heading back up there.

I will be taking orders at our Waterloo Region location until November 20, 2021. Our move will be happening after that and we will be open for business first week of December in Seaforth.

9 years ago I created this business and started operating. I was born and raised in Waterloo Region and minus a couple of years, have resided here for 43 of my 45.

The time has come to relocate and purchase out of the Region. An official date has not been set yet, but it will be no later than January 31, 2022.
I want to thank everyone who has supported and recommended/referred me to others, it is greatly appreciated.

If you have any work that you were thinking of putting off, now would be the time to do it. Once I am gone, those prices will not exist in K-W anymore and it will be back to what got me into this business in the first place, correcting the high prices and poor workmanship that existed here.

For patio doors in white frame, with adjustable steel rollers, bug brush, locking handle, I can make sizes of;
29 5/8 - 30 1/2 up to 81
35 5/8 - 36 1/2 up to 81
Prices are;
Custom Patio with Fiberglass screen $230 (HST included)
Custom Patio with Bettervue screen $240 (HST included)
Custom Patio with Pet Resistant screen $260 (HST included)
I have called around to price compare to make sure I keep offering the lowest prices and the fastest service. The best deal I could find was $230 +HST and you are looking at 2-3 weeks for it to be ready.
Going with us, not only will you save $30 for the same product but you will have it in 2-3 business days, not weeks.

It is still a work in progress but I have a Facebook shop up and running now that shows materials available for purchase.
I have compared pricing with the big box stores and competition and my prices, beat them all.
I will be adding DIY kits and custom screens at a discounted price that were never picked up over the years (hence deposits always now).

8 years of being in business and I have never raised my rates even though the price of my materials has gone up slightly every year. With the bigger increases I face this year, I am now at a 20-25% increase on all my screen and between 20-35% increase on all my frame and accessories (springs, corners, tabs, plungers)
I am unfortunately going to have to raise my rates a very modest 10% on custom frames to help offset this, rescreens will remain the same. I have always maintained that I will have the lowest prices and match and beat by 10% on any other official quote. With my slight increase in rates, I am still offering this and am still the lowest priced around.
