Dear Friends and Loyal Customers! I am in need of some serious help!

I have an excessive amount of stock that I just can not seem to get rid of more than one sweater at a time. The reason being is, I market to well you guys, and when I invested in this stock I ordered EVERYTHING. I am trying so hard to get rid of it, and not at a loss. I brainstorm all day, and I always just end up giving stuff away. This is not sustainable for my business, and well Dave (My husband will never finish my basement if I can not transform it from a warehouse back to the empty shell it once was.

I need advice - I have rewrote this 4 times with different pitches and just before I posted I came up with an idea!

It may be really silly...

What do you all think about apparel surprise bags. It would go like this.

Fill out google doc questionnaire.

1. List clothing size in unisex and ladies sizing if applicable.

2. Pick a package amount - How much you want to spend

Other: Example - Cooperate package $1000.00
Example - Set Price - Apparel for the whole family, share all sizes

3. Pick a Theme

-Totally Random
-Only Kinda Random - You can leave notes on a theme, or send logos, and I can do something fun with them
-Holiday Package - Holiday themed apparel

Apparel bags will be based on sale pricing - So you get more then you would if you custom picked.

My next less silly out there Idea, is looking for companies who are looking for marketing opportunities. You tell me how much, and I will come up with a pitch on how we can make apparel - and give it away at a high volume event/ that give your company lots of exposure and creates some good online content.

I will also take any feedback or advise on how to get rid of it all with out landing in the negative!

LETS PLAY A GAME OF TRUTH AND DARE?

Tryouts start for us today! It is going to be a long September waiting for teams to be formed!

Hockey evaluations are always so stressful for families, but do you ever wonder why?

I think science would tell us stress is a natural reaction to specific environments!

Truth- what stresses you as a parent out the most during evaluations?

Truth- what is the craziest thing you have done during evaluations-or at a hockey game that might add to the stereotype hockey families are crazy?

Dare-I dare you to enjoy it while it lasts, let your kids enjoy it! Remind them the best hockey is played with friends, at a level they can be competitive at, not a level that they have to die on the ice in a ball of stress trying to play the most elite team possible! This is what Jude and I have talked about this week going in to the AAA TRYOUTS for the first time ever, he made a last minute request to extend his AA registration to AAA AFTER getting pumped in a tournament by other teams! 😂

Truth- my biggest stress is honestly that they will land on a team with no coaches!

Truth - most embarrassing honestly yelling s**t that makes no sense! (Never during evals though)

Did you read till the end???

My advice for you to get through evals is start planning how you are going to earn free s**t by taking over your teams apparel this season, and ordering through me:) I have so many great ideas!

First time players only pay $299.00 By the end of the season it will feel like you paid 3 bucks a skate or event!

🏒 SURVEY FOR HOCKEY PARENTS & HOCKEY KIDS! 🏒

TOPIC: JERSEY BAGS!

Full disclosure… I hate them. My kids hate them. 😂

BUT… I know they’re important!

I volunteer as the Senior Equipment Director for our hockey association, so I’ve seen firsthand what a skate blade can do to a jersey. 😬

My boys have always used jersey bags, but most of the time they end up rolling them up and stuffing them inside their hockey bags because the ones we have are awkward. The zipper runs up to the hanger opening but doesn’t actually close/lock there properly, which drives them crazy.

SOOO… I’m working with my manufacturer to make a jersey bag that hockey kids will actually want to use, and I want feedback from the people who use them!

One thing I definitely want to add:

👉 A METAL LOOP/HOOK INSIDE THE BAG so you can hang your jersey on a regular hanger and hook it securely inside the bag.

But here’s what I need your opinion on:

Which opening would you prefer?

🏒 OPTION A: Zipper straight down the middle — simple, quick and easy.

🏒 OPTION B: Zipper around the outside so the whole front opens up, like my AI mock-up — lay it open, hang your jersey and zip it closed.

HOCKEY KIDS — I especially want to hear from you!

Which one would you actually use?

And if there’s something you hate about your current jersey bag, tell me! I want to know what would make it better!
