Welcome to Wixy Soap, your go-to source for hands-on classes and premium supplies for soap making, bath bombs, lotions, shampoo, and more.

Can’t find a specific item in our online store? Call or text us at 587-785-8878, and we’ll be happy to help. Wixy Soap specializes in teaching soap making. We teach the cold process method and the melt and pour methods of making soap. The cold process method uses lye, and is known as the “old fashioned way” to make soap. You will take home the soap mold, a lot of soap and knowledge to make your own soap and recipes in the future....priceless. We also teach melt and pour (glycerine) soap class which is suitable for all ages. Wixy Soap uses only high-quality bases that you will learn to make into beautiful healthy soap. The design of your soap is endless! Be sure to check out Lotion Crafting Classes and Bath Bomb Classes. Generally, the classes are held on the weekends. What happens when you bring together a fun group, six lip balm recipes, eight flavours, and plenty of creativity? A lot of experimenting and one very clear favourite! 💄During our private Lip Balm Making Class with the ladies from Teal Poppies, everyone started by testing six different lip balm textures to find the recipe they liked best. Then came the fun part: choosing flavours, adding lip safe colors, and making two batches of their own lip balm. Each person went home with eight 5g tubes and a manual to help them keep creating at home. Thank you to the ladies from Teal Poppies for such a wonderful evening of learning, creating, and experimenting. We loved seeing everyone make lip balms that were truly their own. If you have ever made a body powder, dry shampoo, natural deodorant or powdered cosmetic, you have probably seen arrowroot powder, tapioca starch and cornstarch in the ingredient list. At first glance, they look almost identical: all three are soft, pale plant-based powders that can absorb moisture and improve the feel of a formula. But are they interchangeable?
