Hey! Did you know there are over 650 species of Air Plants?!
They are called Air Plants because they do not need soil to live and thrive! They are epiphytes. They have developed specialized cells that can quickly absorb water and moisture that gathers on them. They usually make trees, bark and rocks their home but in their native lands it's not uncommon to see them clinging to powerlines and telephone poles.
Fascinating!
You could own a little hammock hanger containing a realistic looking Air Plant and enjoy it anywhere you want to hang it!
Home office, car, with your other real plants even! Best of all, there is no care for these at all.

Currently making these! So much fun to put together and deciding what plant goes where.
These are all faux plants but they sure do look real! I am making 2 types. The hammock with air plant and the regular twist macrame with succulents. PERFECT for that plant lover in your life! These can really hang everywhere but I envision them hanging from your rear view mirror. Would look so cool.
