I needed a desk for the sewing machine so I wasn’t always moving it around, so I used a really old falling apart dresser and removed all the drawers and hardware and made a sewing table. Something just for me. I love highland cows so I used some decoupage paper and did the top with it and finished it off with some hand painted colour. I left the inside wood and gave it a coat of poly then used fusion mineral paint for the outer body. A fun little transformation for myself 😊

This is such a cute decoupage design. I cleaned up this kids table and chair. Painted it with “Homestead Blue” by fusion mineral paint. The decoupage paper was “Whiskerina” by WhimsyKel Designs. I added some fancy buttons and a fur seat on the chair. table and chair

I decided to try something different than doing decoupage to this dresser. I sanded it back but the wood still had some darkness that wouldn’t come out. It worked well with this design to add a little dimension. I love the cottage feel of this dresser now. I used 3 different stains and stencils I cut out on my cricut. I really like how it turned out for my first try.
