This past week was spent refreshing this cute little loft space with mainfloor washroom.
Lots of drywall repair, taping, and cleanup.

Amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do to a space.

Even after having an extremely hard week, this apartment is pretty much ready for someone new to enjoy it, and make it thier own.
A couple little odds and ends, and this one is done!

Almost there in the first apartment.
Kitchen is mostly in. Tub and surround is in. Paint is going on the walls, and flooring and trim is going down.

A bunch of little things to tackle, but hopefully should be wrapped up and in the other apartment by end of this week.

Making some serious progress on the apartments.
There's been plenty of issues to repair before being able to get them to finishing stages.
Lots of drywall repair, sanding, and more drywall repair lol. water damaged ceilings being cut out, smoothed and re-textured, and other obvious can of worm repairs.

Finally the first coat of paint has been going on, major items like the new tubs and surrounds being installed.
Soon the tile, and flooring. The kitchens and backsplashes, bathroom vanities and toilets, and then the final coat of paint and trim.

Full steam ahead!

Today's Post is to congratulate one of my closest friends on the opening of his own automotive service and repair shop!

Another tile/laminate removal with new vinyl plank installed throughout.
A huge difference made here, with some very happy home owners!

This next project, or projects I should say. Should keep me fairly busy for the foreseeable future.

I have decided to take on more than just Flooring and trim.
A lot more!!

This is the first of nine units in a building that will be getting a complete overhaul over the next month.
New flooring, paint, trim, bathrooms, kitchens and any and all items, or repairs needed to update these units, and bring them up to the high standards of this buildings new owner.

As of this moment I have two gutted and empty clean slates to work with, and show off what I do best!

This project is a quick bandaid repair to obviously create a safer workspace behind this bar.

The rubber flooring had seen it's day, and had finally given up.

One day in the near future I will revisit this floor, and really make it bullet-proof.

For now I used some glue down plank, and had it done quick enough to not disrupt any business

A quick job in Kingston that I Tackled during a quick trip out that way.
Carpet removal, then installation of 900' of Biyork Hydrogen 7, with re&re on the baseboards.

It turned extremely well, and gave this old dated space some new life. Without hurting the very old Hardwood.

This is another little renovation in a day, that I did in late August.
Removed tile, prepped, and installed some beautiful Evoke vinyl plank flooring.
As well as re&re the trim, toilet, and vanity.

Start to finish in one day.
