Some of you walk in knowing exactly what you want. A colour, a photo, a memory you are trying to recreate. Others hand it over to us with a smile and a “you know what, just make it beautiful.” We love both kinds of orders.

That little back and forth is our favourite part of the job. It is how every arrangement that leaves our flower shop in Stony Plain ends up feeling like it belongs to the person it was made for. No two are ever the same, and we would not want them to be.

There is a difference between buying flowers and choosing them.

You can grab a bunch at the grocery store, and sometimes they are lovely. Sometimes they are not. Either way, what you are holding is a handful of stems someone put in a bucket.

What you pay for with us is the years behind the bouquet. The eye that knows which bloom belongs next to which, so that every flower feels placed on purpose, whether it is tied in your hands or resting in a vase at home. Nothing in one of our arrangements is there by accident.

We select every flower that comes through our doors ourselves. If the better stem costs a little more, we choose it anyway, because quality is the part people remember long after the card is read.

That is the difference you feel when you shop a real flower shop in Stony Plain, and it travels just as well to Spruce Grove and across Parkland County.

Our floral arrangements cost more. Here is why that is the point.

We could fill our coolers with the same stems every shop carries. We choose not to. Our blooms travel from growers around the world, which is why you will spot colours here you have never seen in a bouquet, and varieties you will not find anywhere else nearby.

Every arrangement is built to be looked at twice and to last well past the moment. Unique flower arrangements are simply what we do, whether they are staying in Stony Plain or heading out for flower delivery to Spruce Grove, Edmonton, or St. Albert.

You and your bestie are invited to…

The Garden Venue for a peony workshop, and this is one we have been looking forward to. Wednesday, July 29, from 5 to 7:30 pm.

Here is how the evening goes. You wander the garden and cut your own peonies, whichever ones catch your eye. Then we show you how to turn that armful of blooms into a hand-tied bouquet that actually looks like you knew what you were doing. 😉

Prosecco keeps you company the whole way through.

No florist experience needed. That is the fun part. You bring the good taste, we bring the know-how, and you leave with a bouquet you made yourself.

Tickets are $80 per guest and the room is kept small on purpose. To save your spot, send an e-transfer to [email protected] with everyone’s names.
