In the real and rawness of what is, we don’t remember people for their job titles, what they wore, or even what they said. We remember them for how they made us feel when we were with them.

That’s why our true purpose isn’t just in what we do for work - it’s in what happens in others when we do it. The impact. The connection. That’s what lasts. 🤍

So maybe our only job is to keep showing up as the best, truest version of ourselves, and let purpose reveal itself through that. If you feel like you don’t have a purpose, ask the people around you who love you what yours is to them.

What’s your purpose?

I love this quote that came across my Pinterest board this past week. I had to share it here🪄

I am officially a certified Holistic Nutritionist🥹🌱

I’m so excited to share that I have officially completed my Holistic Nutrition Program with NutraPhoria Integrative Health Institute!!!!

I dreamed of taking a program like this 4 years before I finally registered. After 4 years, I finally said YES to it, then this program took me almost 2.5 years to complete. Somewhere between working full time, late-night assignments, early mornings studying before work, life happened in the biggest ways possible. I got married, moved into our home, got a puppy, planned a wedding, continued building my business and this little community here on this corner of the internet.

I can’t recommend this program enough - I learned so much, and truly one of the things I appreciated most about this program was the flexibility it gave me to continue learning while navigating such a full season of life. It challenged me, inspired me, and deepened my passion EVEN more.

As of now, I’m continuing my education by completing a Specialization in Plant-Based Nutrition, which I’ll be finishing over the next few months, which is so aligned with us here!

My mission has always been to share my love for plant-based eating, balanced wellness, and healthy living in a way that feels approachable, realistic, and accessible for everyone. I truly believe wellness doesn’t have to feel overwhelming to make a positive impact on your life.

I’m so excited for what’s ahead! From continuing to create content and share education here, to soon offering opportunities to work together one-on-one and in group settings… I have so many ideas, it’s just now time to start building on them.

You may notice a few changes around here over the next little while, but they’re all part of the growth and vision I’ve been building & dreaming of these last few years.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being here and supporting me through every stage of this journey. It means more than you could ever know!

Your 24-hour itinerary for the perfect trip to Stratford — going solo, planning a romantic escape, or heading out for a girls’ weekend! 🤍

We explored the town through the Savour + Sip Trail, and honestly, it was one of the easiest (and most fun) ways to experience Stratford. Everything downtown is within walking distance - from charming shops to cozy cafés, great places to dine and the waterfront view makes it a relaxed, wander-as-you-go kind of day.

Where we stopped along the way:
📍 Bradshaws
📍 Little Green Grocery
📍 Gentle Rain
📍 The Livery Yard
📍 Mercer Kitchen + Bar
📍 Fanfare Books
📍 Taylor’s Delicatessen
📍 Brch & Wyn
📍Black Swan
📍 The Slow Food Market Stratford (located behind City Hall)

Where we fuelled up: (so many plant-based options in town too!)
🍵 Lunch, matcha, and something sweet at The Ashborne Cafe
🍴 Dinner at Revival House (a must visit, it’s an old church, turned into a restaurant — such as unique experience!)
🥞 Breakfast at Features Restaurant
☕️ Coffee stop at Balzac’s Coffee Roasters

We stayed at Foster’s Inn, which is Stratford’s original boutique inn. It blends historic charm with modern comfort and is located right in the heart of downtown, just steps from the Avon Theatre. The room was beautiful, and being able to walk everywhere made the whole trip feel effortless!

If you’re planning to try the trail, the cost for five vouchers is $39.55 (including HST), and they’re available through Destination Stratford. They also offer year-round trails like Chocolate and Bacon & Ale that are definitely worth checking out.

It’s one of those trips that feels equal parts relaxing and full. We will definitely be back, there is still so much more for us to see, do, eat and explore!

Save this for your full itinerary to come back to. If you have any questions about the trail or places we stayed, send me a DM! 🗺️

TBH you’re not hitting your hydration goals by forcing down 2L of plain water a day 🤓💦🍋

You’ll avoid it, get bored of your water, then realize it’s the end of the day and you had 2 sips of your water jug.

My trick is to intentionally make your drinks something you actually WANT to drink. Keep it fun, keep it exciting, and you’ll stay hydrated without even thinking about it!

My go-to tip is electrolytes. It’s one of the easiest habits to add in, and it makes a huge difference! 💛

I have been drinking Organika Health electrolytes for years and I recently tried their Variety Pack that gives you 3 flavours in one pack (Classic Lemonade, Wild Raspberry & Pineapple Passion Fruit they’re soooo good!)

They’re made with prebiotic fibre, no sugar, and no artificial colours or flavours, and they help hydrate you on a deeper level while supporting muscle and nerve function with minerals like magnesium and potassium.

They’re perfect for on-the-go, but at home I like to turn mine into a little mocktail with ice, water, an electrolyte package (I used Pineapple Passion Fruit), and a splash of sparkling water for that fun ✨ bevy✨ feeling.

Use my code HOPE25 for 25% off almost everything on Organika’s website!

What I’ve been munchin’ on lately 🫜🌱🌈🍊🍵

I have been meal prepping 1 to 2 dishes for my lunches and dinners for the week the past few months and I found it’s really helpful in this season of life that I’m in right now! When I do this, I know that I am eating enough & getting the proper nutrition & fuel I need.

I’m looking forward to getting a bit more creative in the next few weeks as my fridge starts to reflect what’s in season and at the farmers market! 🌱

Lately, I’ve been really into making my iced matchas, drinking sparkling water and as always, my small but mighty Microgreens

As always, if you want any of these recipes, just send me a DM. I’m going to be sharing the beet pasta recipe very soon! 🫜😊
