William Arthur Bickley, Steve Girodat, and Stefan Buskovic, at the Stratford Home & Leisure Show. Steve started Best Windows in 1988. William joined Steve in 1991, and now Stefan is taking over the reins. William is staying on for a while, most likely a few years, and then when ready he will retire.
