Our latest performance in Namaste Canada 2023.
Namaste Canada is an initiative of Consulate General of India India in Canada (Consulate General of India, Vancouver) to celebrate India’s cultural diversity especially in the fields of dance, music, poetry, visual arts and performing arts. This year Namaste Canada brought together over 40 Indian cultural groups from across the Lower Mainland to celebrate India’s rich and diverse cultural heritage.
Proud to represent Bengal in this event from Lower Mainland Bengali Cultural Society.

The work mainly done by “kantha stitch” on paper. Kantha stitch is a type of embroidery craft in the eastern regions of India.
