Thomas Reid founded Tom Reid’s Furniture in a tiny store on Simpson Street back in 1968. After a few relocations and countless expansions, Reid’s has grown to be the largest locally-owned furniture store in north western Ontario. Reid's is affiliated with Brandsource, which is Canada's largest furniture buying group. This affiliation allows independent retailers to pool their resources in an effort to meet and exceed the buying power of the big box competitors, while still providing the "local" service. Reid’s Furniture has enjoyed consistent growth thanks to a loyal customer base and an experienced team of dedicated employees. Our sales team has a combined total of experience in the business of well over a hundred years! It is our mission to be the best home fashion store in our community. Through our knowledgeable and caring staff, we offer a broad selection of quality, brand name merchandise at an exceptional value in an exciting environment for both our customers and staff. Please visit us at our main showroom at 900 Cobalt Crescent in Thunder Bay!
