I am deeply grateful for the many kind emails and messages I’ve received about my Taichi classes and for those who have expressed interest in joining this winter. Your support, encouragement, and trust mean more to me than I can express.

This season, I am honoring a pause — a winter of rest and renewal — so that I may return in the spring emotionally stronger and fully present as a teacher. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.
