People ask me about my love affair with wallpaper all the time - especially those who cringe at the word “wallpaper” (we can think of it as wallcovering if you prefer)😉
Why do I love it so much? Because it can single-handedly and completely transform a space. No renovation required. It can dramatically alter how a room feels and adds layers of colour, pattern, and texture - more than anything else in a room can. Because wallpaper is most commonly (but not always) applied to a vertical surface, your eye can see it from every angle, and it completely develops and changes the room, just like that…
So for this check out this very special dining room at our Upper Avenue Project. We did not do any construction in this room. We added new custom-designed furniture, new lighting, paint, new window treatments, and of course, some show-stopping, beautiful wallpaper.
