You hired a designer to create the vision.

They spent the time selecting products, reviewing specifications, coordinating finishes — and working with us to build the fixture schedule for your project.

Then comes the final showroom visit…
“Can we just look at a few other options?”
Sure.

But if your designer already worked with us to create the fixture schedule, having the showroom start from scratch and build an entirely new one doesn't magically create better pricing.

It just means we're doing the same job twice.
Your designer knows the project.
They've done the work.

Trust the process you hired them to manage.
Sometimes the best final selection is the one you already made.

We wouldn’t recommend either.

“My designer said I get a discount.”
“I found it cheaper online.”

No fixture list.
No model numbers.
No quantities.
No timeline.

A full fixture schedule gets trade pricing.
A vague wish list gets questions.
