История проекта 08.2024

Эта комната в частном доме Подмосковья всего 11 кв м. Из сложностей - скошенная ниша в стене, которую нельзя демонтировать.
К конце фото комнаты "ДО" моего вмешательства.🥹

Комната для двоих мальчишек 11 и 7 лет. Мальчики абсолютно разные! Один спортсмен, а другой увлечен геологией и Лего. Но оба творческие и активные.

Как их объединить? Какой историей?

И я выбрала космос! Бесконечная история о неизведанном.🖖
Так же добавила цвет. Цвет бирюзы, который нравится обоим мальчишкам и который прекрасно сочетается с серо-желтыми цветами на панно.
Мне удалось разместить на 11 кв м спальное место для двоих, большую рабочую зону (2,6 м) с системой для хранения школьных принадлежностей, небольшой шкаф (80см) для одежды и вместительный комод (1,6м).
Проект создан в рамках бюджета.

Мальчики сразу утвердили проект😉!

Несколько лет назад, я проектировала детский аквакомплекс в Москве.

Когда работаешь с бизнесом, то это часто ограниченный бюджет (и сроки). И тут самое время проявлять креатив и опыт! 👌

"Морской бой" в санузле? А почему нет?

Самый большой расход по отделочным материалам в бассейне - плитка. Поэтому я использовала самую дешёвую плитку 200*200, 100*100 и 500*500 мм.
Но!
Я добавила цвет в плитке и, мой любимый приём, цветную затирку. Цена не изменилась, а выглядит на миллион, или почти).
Рисунки на плитке - печать через трафарет, всё практично.

Такой санузел запомнится и взрослым и детям 💯

ДЕТСКАЯ КОМНАТА всего 9 кв м. в проекте загородного дома.

Какие "фишки" я здесь применила?

Принт на обоях - не самый мелкий, чтобы отвлечь от масштаба комнаты.
Магнитная краска на стене (оранжевой), чтобы вешать и легко менять детские рисунки.
У шкафа нижние ящики - на колесиках, где удобно хранить игрушки.
Добавила динамики и функциональности на стене с телевизором за счёт конструкции с неглубокими (10 см) полочками. Куда всегда найдётся, что поставить).

Это комната не для выполнения домашних заданий (слава богу, а то были бы одни шкафы). Комната для одного ребенка. А двухспальная кровать - для детей друзей).

Не ждите пока ребенок вырастет. Пусть он подольше остаётся беспечным и открытым миру малышом. Будьте рядом. Покажите свою заботу о нем, его желаниях - сделайте комнату мечты.

Продолжение проекта загородного дома.

СПАЛЬНЯ.
Когда комната всего 9,9 кв м, то высчитываешь каждый сантиметр: сантиметр на толщину покрывала, сантиметр на складки штор, толщину плинтуса и сантиметр на толщину изголовья... И такой кайф, когда всё умещаешь на маленькой площади!
Добавляем немного интересных деталей - люстра из перьев, птички бра, столики прикроватные вместо тумбочек, и клиент получает спальню, которая приносит ему эстетическое и физическое удовольствие, несмотря на размер.

При работе с маленькими помещениями необходимо знать все технические и физические размеры мебели, отделки, дверей, освещения. Например, матрас 1600х1900мм. Надо к этим размерам прибавить толщину основания кровати и его изголовья. Итого это плюс 80-100 мм минимум! Для комнаты 9 кв м это существенно.

When you’re planning a kitchen remodel or renovation, every detail matters. But what do you do when unexpected obstacles get in the way? Don’t give up!🫣
In a kitchen of only 6.2 square meters, the owners faced a problem when they discovered that there was simply no room for a refrigerator. And all because of the load-bearing wall, through which the heating pipes run, and the gas stove, which the customer categorically did not want to change to electric.
However, despite all the obstacles, the solution was found! The refrigerator was hidden in a niche in the hallway, just 2.5 meters from the kitchen. This turned out to be an optimal compromise, preserving the integrity of the interior and user-friendliness.
In addition, after visualizing the project, a dishwasher appeared in the kitchen, 🍽️ which was a pleasant bonus and increased the functionality of the space.
Therefore, if you also have problems with the arrangement of furniture or appliances, remember - there is always a solution! Sometimes it’s just hidden around the corner or requires a little creative thinking. 🌟
