Our advice for finding the right one for your sleep style? Start with how you want your pillow to feel, not necessarily with your sleep position.

If you’re a hot sleeper, listen up! Here are our top 3 tips for sleeping cool this summer and beyond:

1. Swap out your heavy winter duvet, and replace it with a lighter summer-weight duvet. If the weight of any duvet is still too hot for you, try a down blanket. It has the tiniest bit of goose down puff that feels weightless on your body.
2. What you sleep in matters! Check to make sure that the clothes you’re sleeping in is made from 100% natural fibres, like cotton or linen. Synthetic blends trap heat and leave you sweating, while natural fabrics are breathable and moisture-wicking.
3. This goes for your bed sheets too! Natural fibres like cotton, linen, and bamboo are cooling and regulate your body temperature. Even though microfibre sheets are labelled as “cooling”, they could be the cause of your overheating at night.
