Full soffit, fascia, eavestrough & downspout replacement 🔨🏠

The house went from white to black, giving it a clean, modern look. We also replaced the old pot lights with brand-new LED pot lights to complete the upgrade.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted a window cleaning job, but this one deserves its own post!

Our latest interior & exterior window cleaning transformation.

These windows hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, so we put in the extra effort to remove built-up bug splatters, spider webs, and dirt from both the glass and the screens.

Before & after transformation on this home.
The old wood trim had peeling blue paint and the existing eavestrough & downspouts were worn out and leaking. We capped all the trim in maintenance-free aluminum and installed brand new seamless eavestroughs with new downspouts for a clean finished look.
Not only does it look better, but it’s now protected from future peeling, rot, and water damage.

Clients eavestrough fell off around the garage, and once we opened it up, we found the real issue: completely rotten rafters and no proper wood fascia to support the system.

We rebuilt it the right way. New rafters installed, solid wood fascia added, then fully wrapped with aluminum fascia and soffit for a clean, long-lasting finish. Finished off with new 5” eavestrough and 3”x3” downspouts to make sure everything drains properly.

This is why proper installation matters — it’s not just what you see on the outside.
