Alejandro says the heat back home is constant, but a hot day here catches you differently, so the blower gets pointed somewhere it was never designed to go.

Taking an extra few minutes on the detail is not slowing the job down, it is the only thing keeping a second visit off your calendar and ours.

The homeowner brought the crew cold water, and honestly that lands. 💧

New glass in without a fault, trim going back on, and silicone that came away without a fight, which is not always how it goes.

Then the client turned up with water for everyone.

Crews remember the houses that look after them, and they tend to leave those ones a little cleaner than they found them.

The reason he likes being in these videos has nothing to do with windows. 😄

His wife catches him mid scroll and tells everyone her husband is famous, so now he is happy to be on camera any day we are filming.

The dance took a dozen takes. Naming Pa our hardest worker took zero 🎬

This is what shoot day actually looked like, missed cues, plenty of laughing, and Pa leading us off every single take.

The best review we got this week was not from a customer. 🚚

It was from the driver who brings us glass three or four times a week.

He talked about the crew helping him unload every time, and said not many companies bother.

How a team treats the person delivering the material is usually how they will treat the person paying the invoice.

Before we touch the glass, we need to know what is holding it in. 🛠️

Every window has stops keeping the glass in place, and they are never quite the same twice.

These ones are wood, glued and nailed, so it is a multi tool to lift them out clean before the old panel comes out and the fresh one goes in.

Guess wrong on the stop and you damage the frame you were hired to save, which is the entire difference between restoring a window and replacing it.
