The arch makes the first impression. The details bring it together.

Deep green shower tiles, a backlit niche and warm metal finishes give this bathroom its character. Wood vanities, decorative wall trim and softly lit mirrors carry the same inviting feel throughout the space.

Small room. Plenty of character.
Botanical wallpaper, deep green wall panelling and warm brass-tone sconces give this powder room an English-inspired feel. The wood vanity adds warmth, while the panelling balances the richly patterned walls.

What goes into a renovation quote?

Two spaces with similar square footage can involve very different work. A useful conversation starts with:

• Project scope — what you want to change.
• Material choices — the finishes and fixtures you have in mind.
• Existing conditions — what is already in the space.
• Layout changes — what needs to move.

Planning a kitchen, bathroom or basement renovation in the GTA? Message Ray Tim Construction with your city, photos and project ideas so we can discuss the next step.

Beautiful finishes are only part of a successful renovation.

Before choosing colours and materials, think about three things:

• Layout — how you move through and use the space.
• Storage — what needs a home, and where you need it.
• Lighting — what you need for everyday tasks and a comfortable atmosphere.

A clear starting point makes it easier to discuss the changes that matter to you.

Planning a renovation in the GTA? Message Ray Tim Construction with your ideas and a few photos of your current space.
