Sometimes it's the smallest spaces that make the biggest impression.

As part of this whole-home renovation, the main floor powder room was reimagined to balance beauty with everyday function. A custom wood vanity brings warmth, while grasscloth wallcovering and marble mosaic flooring layer in texture and timeless pattern. A thoughtfully designed home extends beyond the interior.

For this project, our involvement extended to the exterior, collaborating closely with the landscape architect and team to ensure a seamless connection between the architecture, interiors and outdoor living spaces. From significant upgrades to the exterior of the home, the planning of the outdoor living spaces and landscape design, every element was considered as part of a cohesive vision.

Our clients entrusted us to oversee the process to ensure harmony was maintained between the interior and exterior. The result is a home that feels unified and intentional - where each space, inside and out contributes to living well.

A family room designed for every day living, where comfort and timeless design come together effortlessly.

The fireplace is framed by custom white oak bookcases, creating a strong focal point. Picture-frame sconces cast a warm glow, highlighting the curated collection of artwork, books and collected objects.

Being involved from the very beginning of a project allows us to create something truly special and tailored for the people who will live there.

A site visit to inspect framing layouts at a custom new build project. We believe that great design is the result of careful planning, collaboration, and attention to detail at every step of the process.

A thoughtfully curated palette for the lower level of a home designed for entertaining, family gatherings, and seamless connection to the backyard pool and outdoor living spaces.

In the early stages of the project, materials and finishes were selected to create spaces that feel refined and inviting.
Soft veining in the limestone, the warmth of natural oak, woven textures and aged metals will come together to create a timeless interior that connects with the surrounding landscape.

This renovation is nearing completion with installation of custom cabinetry and wine refrigeration units starting tomorrow. We look forward to sharing more of this transformation soon!
