Rich natural stone, warm wood, layered lighting, and a quieter material palette work together to create a sense of permanence rather than trend.

When people feel they've arrived somewhere exceptional before they've even reached the elevator, the design has done its job.

The best amenity spaces don't compete for attention.
They invite people to stay a little longer.

For this Yorkville refurbishment, the residents' lounge balances warmth, comfort, and sophistication through natural materials, sculptural forms, and carefully layered lighting. The fireplace anchors the room while the surrounding finishes create a space that feels timeless rather than temporary.

Luxury isn't always loud.

Sometimes it's symmetry. Sometimes it's restraint. Sometimes it's the way light washes across natural stone at the end of the day.

Every detail in this elevator lobby was considered to make a routine moment feel intentional. Residents pass through this space every day, so the experience should never feel ordinary.

Good design isn't just seen. It's felt.
