This building has been standing since 1898. Started as a warehouse for St. David’s Wine Growers Co., then became an Eaton’s warehouse in 1922. 128 years old and this lumber is still holding everything up.

One solid board. Full length. Full width. You don’t find trees like this anymore, and you definitely don’t find construction like this in new builds.
