I've been a glaze rut lately, a funk, maybe even a small depression.
Since I started making my own glazes in 1998, I thought I'd keep my work manageable by pretty much using one glaze base recipe. I often recommend to people to find one base you like and then add oxides from there. For us with wandering minds and poor note taking skills, this was a great approach.
Until- some essential ingredient are no longer available.
This started last year with EPK being "temporarily " unavailable.

Happy happy birthday to my little sister 💫🎂
Although we are 12 years apart, we have lived and worked together off and on for most of our adult lives. She has been a consistent presence of calmness, clarity, assurance, generosity, creativity and kindness since she was born. I'm so lucky to be your sister!
