We share plenty of finished spaces, but this early phase is where the real work happens.

This furniture board is the foundation for our Crabapple project. For us, function always comes first: before we think about aesthetics, we solve the specific spatial challenges of each home. Every shape and texture here was chosen around how this family actually lives.

Stay tuned and watch it come to life!

Welcome to our newest project, The Teddy. Located right on 34th Avenue, this brand new build features four family-sized homes designed for modern city living. To create the overall look to feel completely calm, bright, and relaxing, we used a clean white background paired with warm wood.

This project is the result of a long lasting, ten-year partnership with our beloved client - Clear Water Development. Sharing the same passion for highly functional, client centered design is exactly why we continue to work together to bring amazing homes to the market over the years.

All four units are officially on the market. If you are falling in love with this space and want to learn more about the property, please reach out to the Rockel Group for all real estate inquiries.

The beauty of integrated design allows the focus to stay exactly where it belongs: on the Nero Marquina marble. No distractions, just pure materiality.

Loving the way this Arabescato marble plays against the soft texture of the washed oak. High contrast, but completely seamless.

Soft light and silence. Exactly what the weekend ordered.

From kitchen to lounge, the transition in this house is everything. The consistent palette of oak and marble keeps the eye moving, making the whole main floor feel like one big, beautiful sanctuary. Integrated sliding wall partitions offer moments of privacy on demand, without ever breaking that seamless, open flow.
