Save this one for your tablescape inspiration! 😌

The best table settings feel personal and an extension of the host. Bare wood tables for a rustic and grounded event. Warm colours to emit a playful mood while contrasting against a simple white tablecloth.

And you can't forget the flowers, of course. The easiest way to dress up a table is with some flowers or greenery. Statement centerpieces will always be my favourite, but a simple length of fresh greens running down a table is popular for a reason.

If pink is in your colour palette, save this for inspiration 🩷

I love a touch of pink in nearly any bouquet. It’s soft and romantic, perfect for any wedding day. And an abundant colour when it comes to flowers!

These photos from Hannah and Ian’s wedding day will always be a favourite of mine. I love the combination of pastel tones with the texture.

Can you spot the fluffy clematis heads? Such a fun ingredient for a romantic bouquet. 💕

Join me at Taves Estate Cidery for another Floral Arranging n’ Sip! 🍎🌷

During the event, I’ll take you through the basics of making your own whimsical and spring-inspired flower arrangement. All materials are included along with a vase for you to bring home. You'll also receive a hard or soft cider (which trust me, are SO delicious).

The event takes place on Saturday, May 23, at 11 AM. It’s the perfect event to get the gals together, gab over some drinks, and have fun experimenting with blooms.

You may just get to pet a goat or two. 🐐

Tickets are available at tavesestatecidery.com. Send me a message, and I can also send you the link!

Bouquets come in ALL kinds of shapes and sizes. Here’s a glance at a few of the most requested bridal bouquet styles I’m seeing right now.

🌸Round
Round bouquets are a classic for a reason and never seem to go out of style. Round bouquets mean there is no “front” to the bouquet. It is circular-ish in shape and will look good from any angle. My versions are very dreamy with lots of dancing flowers and organic movement.

🌷Hand-Tied
Hand-tied bouquets are my specialty! Also known as a garden bouquet, this style is meant for those who want a loose and lush-looking bouquet. The shape is unstructured, with both greenery and flowers creating a very textural look. This style also goes well with a trailing ribbon.

🌼Cascading
Cascading bouquets angle downward, with the stems and base for the bride to hold nearing the top of the arrangement. Cascades create a dramatic and flowy look.

🌹Posy
Posy bouquets are smaller, typically a variation of the hand-tied or round style. They’re great for courthouse weddings or elopements, or to match a simple wedding dress or suit.

🌻Structural
The shape of the bouquet is unconventional, with flowers giving height, curvature, and flow, depending on the design and florist. Trendy brides are leaning heavily towards the odd and bold, favouring brightly coloured flowers with interesting, unique shapes.

Aisle markers are one of my most popular floral add-ons for weddings. They have a high impact, marking the entrance to the ceremony space, and they can also be repurposed and used during the reception as well.

My aisle markers begin at $125 for partial focals and $200+ for full focals. They’re one of the best options for a budget-savvy bride or groom.
