🥖 One of the Most Addictive Buns I’ve Had in Richmond 🤤

📍 Soulful Bakery, Richmond

I finally got to try Soulful, and their freshly baked Salted Butter Roll completely lived up to the hype.

The outside was beautifully crispy, while the inside was chewy, soft, and incredibly aromatic. The slightly caramelized butter at the bottom added an extra layer of richness that made it absolutely irresistible 🧈✨

I also tried the Mentaiko Bun (明太子), and the crispy topping added another level of texture and crunch that worked really well with the soft bread.

My final favorite was the Cheese Bun with Korean spicy sauce 🌶️🧀

It reminded me of the sweet and spicy flavors of tteokbokki, while the saltiness of the cheese balanced everything perfectly. Sweet, savory, spicy, and cheesy all at once.

At around $20 for three small buns, it’s definitely not cheap, but the quality, flavor, and craftsmanship make it worth trying at least once.

I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu.

🍣 A Sushi Experience Worth Coming Back For 🇯🇵✨

📍 Saiko Sushi

Had an incredible sushi experience at Saiko Sushi today.

The chef’s delicate knife work really allowed each piece to shine, highlighting the freshness, texture, and natural flavors of the fish.

Some of my favorites were:
🥩 Wagyu Sushi
🍣 Salmon Belly
🐟 Toro
💛 Hamachi

Every piece was beautifully prepared, but the standout for me was definitely the Saba.

Topped with an umami-rich seaweed, it added another layer of flavor while perfectly balancing the richness of the fish. Elegant, unique, and absolutely delicious.

This is the kind of sushi experience that reminds you how much attention to detail matters.

Definitely a spot I would return to again.

Cycling Stanley Park Vancouver 🚴‍♀️ The Most Beautiful Ride in Canada

Every time I cycle through Stanley Park, I fall in love with Vancouver all over again 🌿✨

The Pacific Ocean on one side, the iconic Lions Gate Bridge in the distance, and endless greenery surrounding the seawall.

I’ve ridden here in the middle of the day, at sunset, and in the evening — and every visit feels completely different.

This time, BearBear joined me for the ride 🐻☀️

The sunshine was so bright that his little eyes kept closing while enjoying the breeze and ocean views.

Whenever friends visit Vancouver, this is always one of the first places I bring them.

Honestly, it never gets old.

Queen Elizabeth Park Vancouver 🌸 A Purple Spring Wonderland

I visited Queen Elizabeth Park and felt like I had stepped into a purple dream 💜✨

Spring is in full bloom, and while the tulips have already had their moment, it is now the season of Allium and Muscari.

Everywhere I looked, shades of purple painted the landscape like a magical universe.

Walking along the spiral pathways, surrounded by vibrant greenery, blooming flowers, and the fresh scent of spring in the air, felt almost surreal.

Some places are beautiful.
This place feels like heaven.

Beautiful Winery Bistro Brunch in BC 🍷🌿 Hidden Gem at Chaberton Estate Winery

Tucked inside the beautiful Bacchus Bistro at Chaberton Estate Winery, this charming spot offers a cozy old English-style dining experience surrounded by stunning vineyard views. While the winery’s picnic area is perfect for enjoying wine flights under the sun, the bistro is a wonderful place to slow down and enjoy a relaxing brunch or lunch with scenic winery vibes. 🌿🍷

Our favorite dish was definitely the crab dip — cheesy, creamy, rich in umami, with just the right touch of citrus to balance all the flavors beautifully. The quiche was flaky and freshly baked, while the roast duck legs were crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside, served with fresh salad and a side of creamy baked potatoes. The wrap crepe was also a lovely choice for brunch.

The portions were incredibly generous, so we didn’t get the chance to try wine pairings with every dish because we already had plenty to enjoy — and even enough leftovers packed home for dinner later!

Bear Bear Smelling Roses Like His Mama 🌹🐶🤍

Today Bear Bear and I visited our neighbour’s beautiful rose garden filled with blooming David Austin roses 🌸✨

The petals were so full and layered, and the fragrance smelled naturally fresh and elegant. Honestly one of the prettiest spring gardens we’ve ever seen 🌹🍃

The sweetest moment was watching Bear Bear quietly sit beside the flowers to smell them… just like his mama 🤭🐻💕

Our lovely neighbours even cut some rose branches for us to bring home, and now we have fresh floral centrepieces over the kitchen island to celebrate the season together 🤍

Moments like these make me love nature, love Canada, and appreciate the kind people around us even more ✨

Best Dolphin Experience in Cancun 🐬 A Dream Come True in Isla Mujeres

Omg… I felt like I was living inside a dream 🏝️✨

Dolphin Discovery Isla Mujeres in Cancun is honestly one of the most incredible places I’ve ever visited.

The dolphins here are actually living in part of the ocean, which made the whole experience feel even more magical 🐬🌊

Swimming with dolphins has always been one of my biggest dreams… and it finally came true.

Two dolphins naturally pulled me through the water,
and they even pushed the bottom of my feet so I could rise above the sea like Superwoman 🐬✨

I also swam with stingrays and sharks 😳
definitely scary, but truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

And feeding the sea lions up close — even smelling their unique ocean scent — was unforgettable 🦭✨

Honestly… this place belongs on everyone’s bucket list.

🍨 One of the BEST Pistachio Gelatos in Vancouver 💚

📍 Nani’s Gelato

It’s honestly not easy to find a really good pistachio gelato in Vancouver.
Some places have flavors that are way too light, while others taste artificial.

But this place absolutely nailed it 👏

Their pistachio gelato is smooth, creamy, rich, and full of real pistachio flavor 🤤💚
Definitely one of the best I’ve tried so far.

I also tried a few other flavors from multiple visits
🍌 Banana
🍫 Rocher
🌰 Hazelnut

They were all good, but pistachio is still my personal favorite.

They also offer gelato cakes, pies, and soft serve, which I’m really looking forward to trying next time 👀✨

If you’re a pistachio lover, this spot is definitely worth checking out.

✨ An Incredible Dining Experience at Le Petit Chef – Vancouver ✨

📍 Le Petit Chef – Vancouver

We went there to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and honestly the whole experience was unforgettable ❤️

The 3D animation dining show was absolutely amazing.
From the little chef matching the story with each dish, to the touching storyline of a couple falling in love, having babies, then growing old together with grandkids — all presented through the theme of the 4 seasons 🐟✨

It was creative, emotional, and so entertaining from beginning to end.

As for the food itself — it was good, but not mind-blowing. The real highlight is definitely the atmosphere and immersive experience.

I highly recommend bringing young kids or family because the entire night is filled with smiles, laughter, and magical moments 😊

Definitely one of the most unique dining experiences in Vancouver.
