"I want you to know how pleased I am with the goods and service I have received when I ordered vertical blinds for two places in my living room. Your firm was recommended to me by a friend. I was impressed with the initial contact at your offices (Sandra), and then with the work that was done by Sean and his assistant Travis in doing the installation. Afterwards I seemed to have difficulty with the operation of the blinds, but I realize now it must have been my own fault, and there was nothing wrong with the blinds. When I reported my difficulty, Sean and Travis came around the same day and took a lot of trouble to double-check the blinds and that I knew how to avoid further problems. Their attitude was so pleasant – professional and efficient, and yet delightful to chat to. I will definitely recommend your firm to my friends, and would particularly like to commend Sean. He is an asset to your company." - Gillian E. - Sidney, BC
"Our experience with Budget Blinds has been exceptional. Our goal when purchasing window treatments was to find a classic, elegant look at an affordable price and being first time homeowners, we found this in Budget Blinds. The service we received and the wide range of products available made choosing our shutters simple and straightforward. We are so happy with the finished product which arrived on schedule and just in time for our company to enjoy over the Christmas Holidays. Thank you so much for outfitting our home with such beautiful window treatments. We will definitely be contacting you soon to dress our remaining windows in the months to come. Thanks so much for everything." - Natalia S. & Jarett V. - Victoria, BC
"We had just moved into our newly built home when Dustin, a representative from Budget Blinds, turned up on our doorstep wondering what our plans were for window coverings. Dustin went on to show us the incredible range of options, styles, materials, and colours available through Budget Blinds. We were not only impressed by the selection, but also by the range in price: there was literally something to suit every budget. It was also very helpful to see the photo albums filled with pictures of local Victoria homes displaying Budget Blinds products. Dustin helped us select window treatments that would best suit the style or our home, as well as our individual needs as far as coverage and light allowance. The measuring process was quick and painless, and a quote was delivered to us virtually the same day. We were happy to see that Budget Blinds prices were very competitive when we compared them to other quotes we had received. When it came time for our shutters to be installed, the installers arrived on time and took great care with their work. They were fastidious about clean up and were very careful and courteous with respect to being in our home. The installer was a true professional in every sense of the word. Not long after installation, on two separate occasions, I noticed a couple of very small problems with two of the louvers. Both times, when I called Dustin, his response was immediate. Budget Blinds replaced one of the shutters completely, and took care of the flaw in the second louver. On both occasions, the problem was dealt with in a professional, courteous, and satisfactory manner. Since that time, we are now ready to complete more of our window treatments, and have once again called on Budget Blinds for their wonderful service and products. We are extremely happy with our shutters and the excellent service we received. We would not hesitate to recommend Budget Blinds to our friends and family." - H. Glowicki - Victoria, BC
