Designed in close collaboration with our clients, this modern forest cabin was created to feel both refined and deeply connected to nature.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered to balance warmth, simplicity, and functionality.

The goal was to create a contemporary retreat the family could enjoy personally, while also functioning beautifully as a luxury rental property when not in use.
Clean architectural lines, natural textures, and expansive glazing allow the surrounding landscape to become part of the experience.

A fresh new chapter brewed on Vancouver Island. We had the pleasure of rebranding this Mill Bay gem—from a full name change to a visual identity that truly reflects the soul of the space. Inspired by owners family Czech heritage and the Neo Art Deco movement, the new look brings together modern elegance and timeless café culture.

We crafted everything from the logo to the coffee cups, merch, and every little detail in between. It’s bold, it’s refined, and it’s 100% KÁVA & Co.

What started as a single storefront has grown into a leader in the cannabis retail space, and it’s been incredible to witness that evolution over the past decade.

Meade Design Group has had the pleasure of collaborating on multiple FARM locations over the years, from the apothecary-inspired Hillside space, to the sophisticated Downtown flagship, to the warm and welcoming Langford and Duncan shops — each one reflecting their values and vision while offering a warm and welcoming experience.

Meade Design Group had the pleasure of transforming this Bear Mountain condo into a warm and inviting retreat. With a strategic layout reimagined, we maximized functionality, carved out a dedicated dining space, and introduced a seamless flow for everyday living. Layered natural materials, rich textiles, and curated furnishings created a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance. A striking fireplace redesign became the focal point, while custom millwork and brass accents tied everything together with elegance.
