Avoid sticky craft surfaces + quick card to brighten the day!
Sometimes thin and tiny die cut pieces create a sticky mess but not with the Silicone Craft sheet… be honest, how many do you have 🙋‍♀️ 2 for me

The cuteness competition is ON! 🐨💕

There's a friendly challenge happening over in my Creative Canadians team. My friend Kate, The West Coast Papercrafter challenged us to a Cuteness Contest... and let's just say we're both very competitive. 😂

Each week, one adorable card earns a point for their team, and the challenge wraps up next week.

I figured this little peek-a-boo koala deserved a shot at helping Team Creative Canadians climb the leaderboard. What do you think... cute enough to earn us a point? 💚

Peek-a-boo Thinking of You 🐨

This little koala card just makes me smile. How can it not?

Our June theme is cards for the tricky occasions, and “thinking of you” cards definitely fit. They don’t always have to be serious or heavy — sometimes sweet, cheerful, and a little playful is exactly right.

I used a torn-paper opening to make the koala look like he’s peeking through, then added texture under the sentiment for a bit of extra interest.

A simple way to send a smile when someone could use one.

📬 This week’s newsletter is out! Check you inbox (or junk folder) for something new!

Today’s tutorial is all about letting the sentiment be the star of your card — instead of treating it like the tiny afterthought at the end.

So excited this blend worked perfectly with the same shades! You can use any colours you like. Just add a strip and die-cut the heart. So happy with this! Watch the full video on my YouTube Channel
