New! Cheese / Choco Curler: place the cheese over pin in the middle after slicing the rind off the top. Apply pressure while turning the crank over the cheese to create delicate rosettes. Cutting it finely really brings out the flavour!
When scraping, the cheese rind along the edge comes loose and crumbles off.

Happy Thanksgiving! Here's a little "cuisine bo***ge" a la one of my favourite SCTV characters, Edith Prickley, for your enjoyment and a reminder that if you need more twine, a baster, or a rack Whisk Victoria is open at 11 am with plenty of time to roast that bird.
