Job Overview
Are you looking to learn a high – paying skilled trade? We are seeking a motivated, hard-working individual to join are team. No prior experience is necessary-we provide complete, hands-on, on-the-job training. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn how to measure, cut, and install hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.
What You Will Do
-Assist lead installers with material prep, loading, and job-site cleanup. -Learn to measure, cut, and fit various flooring materials.
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. ---- -Develop skills in reading basic layouts and using trade tools.

-Strong work ethic and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
-Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
-Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus, but not required.
