In the last video of the Love Remains series, we continue creating a grief journal together and will add a few new secret writing spaces. ❤️
Using peaceful vintage papers, photographs, writing spaces and meaningful words, we’re creating a personal memorial journal — a place to hold memories, stories and the people we carry with us.
While we work, I’ll share some thoughts about how grief changes with time. I don’t believe we simply “get over” loss. We learn to carry it differently, making room for memories, laughter and love alongside it.
And grief isn’t only about death. We can grieve a marriage, friendship, career, home, health or chapter of life. We can even grieve someone who is still here, as with dementia, when the person we love remains physically present while the relationship we once knew begins to change.
There is no right way to grieve — and no right way to make this journal. Make it a vintage diary, memory book, scrapbook or handmade journal filled with whatever you need it to hold.
Come as you are, bring your papers and supplies, and we’ll make something meaningful together.
Because even after goodbye, Love Remains. ❤️
